Our processing time for orders is 1-3 business days. After that, please check the delivery time during the ordering step or message us, as it differs per country.

Your order can still be cancelled before dispatch. This means, that if you have not yet received the tracking number, you can still cancel and receive a full refund.

We are super careful with packaging orders, so we expect that you will receive it just as beautiful as in the photos. Should this not be the case, we will fully refund your purchase and follow this up with the postage company. This would also be the case should your order be lost in the mail. Please make sure to send us photos of the item and packaging should your order be received damaged.
