How quickly will my order arrive?

Can I cancel my order once it's been made?

Accepted Answer

Your order can still be cancelled before dispatch.  This means, that if you have not yet received the tracking number, you can still cancel and receive a full refund.

What happens if my order is lost or received damaged.

We are super careful with packaging orders, so we expect that you will receive it just as beautiful as in the photos.  Should this not be the case, we will fully refund your purchase and follow this up with the postage company.  This would also be the case should your order be lost in the mail.  Please make sure to send us photos of the item and packaging should your order be received damaged.
