This beautiful rare find is a 6" x 4 3/8" and 2 1/8" tall fine Scandinavian art glass oval or  to find, 6" x 4 3/8" and 2 1/8" tall fine Scandinavian art glass oval or egg form geode ashtray. This iconic design by Gunnar Nylund with asymetrical interior and exterior rings, made in Sweden by Strombergshyttan. This piece with inscribed Strombergshyttan and article number H102.  Classic period modernist art glass perfect for your Danish or Scandinavian modern inspired midcentury ATOMIC Ranch home. 
Condition is overall good but showing light and expected minor surface scuffing from time and use. There is one small chip on the edge that is only noticeable up close. See our photos.
