Vintage Framed Delft Blue Tile depicting the Delftsche Poort in Rotterdam

This beautiful Tile depicts the Delftsche Poort in Rotterdam ( Delft Gate).
The Delftsche Poort in Rotterdam was a city gate , the last of which was built in 1764 to a design by architect Pieter de Swart.. The stone ornaments on the gate were made by Jacob Mattheus Cressant and Johannes Keerbergen . It was already the third gate at that location: the previous two had been demolished due to dilapidation. The first gate was built in the Middle Ages and was named the Noorderpoort and had a front gate. The second St. Joris- or Delftsche Poort was built in 1545.
The tile is painted in the classic Delft blue colours and has floral decoration in the corners.
The item is in great condition. And has a small hanging element on the back. See photos.
